Ener-G English Muffins
Our best-selling gluten-free English Muffin. Made with rice, tapioca flour, and Ener-G Egg Replacer, this English Muffin makes a great breakfast bread alternative. Smother them in gravy or jam, soak them together overnight with syrup to make breakfast pastries; or whatever you like. And they are great simply warmed up or toasted!
Remember that Ener-G bread and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15 to 20 seconds, one slice at a time. Another option: wrap in foil and bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes for the most delicious, warm muffins.
Our bread is kept fresh through a highly developed vacuum packaging process. Freshness is guaranteed to the Sell By/Best Before Dates. Once the vacuum-sealed package is open, our bread will spoil just as other bread without preservatives would. Refrigerate or freeze to extend the life of opened bread.
