A loaf of wonderfully soft and golden white bread with a delicate flavor. Load it up with all your favorite sandwich toppings and enjoy! Toasts and microwaves well.
For fresh from the oven taste microwave slices for 10 to 30 seconds. Or toast to make crisp. Wrap in foil and bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes for the most delicious crispy crust and soft, warm center.
Our bread is kept fresh through a highly developed vacuum packaging process. Freshness is guaranteed to the Sell By/Best Before Dates. Once the vacuum-sealed package is open, our bread will spoil just as other bread without preservatives would. Refrigerate or freeze to extend the life of opened bread.
Ingredients: Filtered Water, Corn Starch, Tapioca Starch, Rice Flour (White & Sweet), Palm Fruit Oil, Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following: Non-GMO Canola Oil**, Safflower Oil, or Sunflower Oil), Tapioca Syrup, Bamboo Fiber, Inverted Cane Sugar, Pear Juice Concentrate, Methylcellulose, Yeast, Salt, Apple Sauce (Apples, Water), Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Citrus Fiber, Glucono Delta-Lactone (Antioxidant).
~Produced in a facility that also processes eggs on a separate dedicated egg line in a separate room. Egg-free products are processed with dedicated egg-free equipment and packaged in a separate room on a DEDICATED EGG-FREE LINE.~
**We use Non-GMO Canola Oil whenever possible. All products we are currently producing ONLY contain Canola Oil. If we must use Safflower or Sunflower Oil(s) due to ingredient availability issues, we will note the change here, on our ingredient list, and place a sticker on the packaging to warn individuals with Safflower or Sunflower allergies.

KOF-K Kosher certification assures the consumer that ingredients used in the products meet the highest Kosher as well as the strictest cleaning standards.

I'm also so upset about the white rice loaf and brown rice buns no longer being available. I want to let you all know about momsplaceglutenfree.com I get the m moms best bread and roll mix and make a loaf of bread or buns with it. It's a good option and has simple, clean ingredients. My son with multiple food allergies approves.

Ener-G, please update your longtime customers as to the status of your company. I have emailed, called, checked Facebook, and keep coming back to website for any new information regarding your product availability. I see that only the least popular breads are available now, as the sold out breads were removed later this summer. @Beth, from 08/22/24 review, I don’t see another way to reply to your review. I don’t know much more than you. I was suspicious a few months back, when my white rice, light white rice, tapioca rolls and hamburger buns were all listed as sold out, not out of stock. That sounds more like the company is going out of business than just running behind on availability. I read the review that said the company is looking for a buyer. But I called multiple times this summer, finally speaking with owner Sam twice. Such a wonderful gentleman, facing a challenging, heartbreaking health challenge. He told me that his sons and ex-wife are running the company. They are not able to renew the lease on their building, and were thinking of looking elsewhere to set up shop. He is having challenging memory issues, so I don’t know if this is the case? I am in the same boat as you, Beth and all other desperate customers. While stock was still available from other sellers, I bought what I could, and only have two packages of hamburger buns left. The last purchases after were a disaster, as gluten free buns with corn were in tapioca bun boxes. I had to return them. I recently found a bread online called Tree Of Life, purchased two loaves for $28 dollars with shipping, but have a couple questionable ingredients and haven’t tried it yet. I have just purchased a Cuisinart bread machine, hoping to learn how to make my own bread. I am not much of a baker, but miss my bread for sandwiches and toast. I truly hope this company comes back and makes all their wonderful products, as a new buyer may just drop a lot of the specialty breads we all so depend on!

I have been purchasing Ener-G tapioca bread and rolls for years and I am totally heartbroken to find that all their products now have corn in them - something I am highly allergic to. This was the ONLY bread I have been able to eat since I was diagnosed with multiple food allergies. Now I have nothing. There are no words for my disappointment in this company.

Hi All With all my food allergies, the tapioca loaf is the only bread I can eat. I am totally dependent on it. I am freaking out now that it is not in stock and I am reading other posts saying that this business is for sale and it might not be back in stock, what other bread products are people turning to now as an alternative ? , what other bread products are people turning to now as an alternative I need to find a solution quickly or I’m gonna be feeling hungry fast.
