Ingredients: Filtered Water, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following: Non-GMO Canola Oil**, Safflower Oil, or Sunflower Oil), Pear Juice Concentrate, Yeast, Methylcellulose, Bamboo Fiber, Sodium  Carboxymethylcellulose, Calcium Phosphate, Baking Powder Substitute (Glucono Delta-Lactone, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate, ), Salt, Guar Gum, Corn Starch, Palm Fruit Oil, Tapioca Syrup, Citrus Fiber, Inverted Cane Sugar, Xanthan Gum. Enriched with Thiamin (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, and Vitamin D.
