Ener-G Baking Soda is free of sodium, potassium, aluminum, and is high in calcium. Baking soda and baking powder are leavening agents in baked goods. They create the necessary gas for breads, cakes, muffins, etc. to rise.

I made banana bread and biscuits using you're baking powder and baking soda. Neither one edible. The Taste was terrible, and I will not use them again.

The baking soda works exactly as directed. Much more consistent results with the baking soda than your baking powder.
