One of our sweeter and richer breads, our Ener-G Select Pacific Molasses Bread is perfect for any occasion and adds extra flavor to savory meals. All of our Ener-G Select breads are the flavorful equivalent of their wheat-containing counterparts, but are completely free of wheat, gluten, soy, nut, and dairy.

All Ener-G Select breads contain eggs or egg derivatives.

Our breads are kept fresh through a highly developed vacuum packaging process and guaranteed fresh by the Sell By/Best Before Dates.

Ingredients: Filtered Water, Brown Rice Flour, Rice Flour (White & Sweet), Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following: Non-GMO Canola Oil**, Safflower Oil, or Sunflower Oil), Tapioca Flour, Sugar Cane Fiber, Molasses, Evaporated Cane Sugar, Yeast, Pear Juice Concentrate, Egg White Powder, Modified Cellulose, Salt, Xanthan Gum, Baking Powder Substitute (Glucono Delta-Lactone, Magnesium Carbonate, Calcium Carbonate, & Citric Acid), Cellulose Gum, Citrus Fiber.
