Ener-G Yeast-Free Brown Rice Loaf

Our amazing gluten-free Brown Rice Yeast-Free Loaf is as good as yeast bread. It is soft, tender, and tasty. It is perfectly delicious plain, warmed up, or toasted. It is made with brown and white rice flour. This bread makes for an excellent alternative to regular bread if you are on a yeast-restricted diet. It is perfect for sandwiches, grilled cheese, French Toast, and anything you would typically make with regular sandwich bread. So wonderfully convenient and easy!

Remember that Ener-G bread and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15 to 20 seconds, one slice at a time, or by wrapping the bread in foil and baking it in a 350-degree oven for 10 minutes.

Ingredients: Filtered Water, Brown Rice Flour, White Rice Flour, Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following: Non-GMO Canola Oil**, Safflower Oil, or Sunflower  Oil). Leavening (Glucono-Delta-Lactone, Sodium Bicarbonate, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Methylcellulose, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Citrus Fiber, Salt.
