A top-selling gluten-free hamburger bun made with white rice and brown rice flour. The Brown Rice Hamburger Bun, despite its name, makes a great white hamburger bun alternative. Perfect warmed up, toasted, or grilled.

Best enjoyed toasted or wrap in foil and bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Alternatively, Ener-G bread and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15 to 20 seconds, one slice at a time.
