Ingredients: Filtered Water, Rice Starch, Tapioca Starch, Organic Cane Sugar, Polydextrose, Bamboo Fiber, High Oleic Safflower Oil, Yeast, Orange Citrus Fiber, Modified Cellulose, Calcium Phosphate, Xanthan Gum, Enriched with Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid and Vitamin D.
A gluten-free, low protein bread made with rice starch. The Rice Starch Loaf makes a great white bread alternative. It's high in fiber, slightly sweet, and it has about 5.9mg of "phe" per slice. Perfect warmed up or toasted, and makes great sandwiches. For first-timers and seasoned travelers, Ener-G offers this bread in convenient two slice packets.
Remember that Ener-G breads and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15 to 20 seconds, one slice at a time.
