A top-selling gluten-free bread made with white rice flour and potato starch. The Papas Loaf makes a great white bread alternative. Perfect warmed up or toasted, and makes great sandwiches.
Remember that Ener-G bread and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15 to 20 seconds, one slice at a time.
Our bread is kept fresh through a highly developed vacuum packaging process and guaranteed fresh by the Sell By/Best Before Dates.
Ingredients: Filtered Water, Rice Flour (White & Sweet), Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following: Non-GMO Canola Oil**, Safflower Oil, or Sunflower Oil), Pear Juice Concentrate, Tapioca Starch, Yeast, Potato Starch, Bamboo Fiber, Modified Cellulose, Guar Gum, Salt, Citrus Fiber, Baking Powder Substitute (Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate, Glucono Delta-Lactone, Citric Acid), Xanthan Gum.
~Produced in a facility that also processes eggs on a separate dedicated egg line in a separate room. Egg-free products are processed with dedicated egg-free equipment and packaged in a separate room on a DEDICATED EGG-FREE LINE.~
**We use Non-GMO Canola Oil whenever possible. All products we are currently producing ONLY contain Canola Oil. If we must use Safflower or Sunflower Oil(s) due to ingredient availability issues, we will note the change here, on our ingredient list, and place a sticker on the packaging to warn individuals with Safflower or Sunflower allergies.

Our bakery is dedicated to wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free baking, guaranteeing that contamination from gluten will not occur. We are also certified kosher under the KOF-K label. KOF-K Kosher certification assures the consumer that ingredients used in the products meet the highest Kosher as well as the strictest cleaning standards.

I am happier with the softer texture of the Papa’s loaf than I was with the Brown Rice bread which I ate for years. I am, however, disappointed with the smaller sized slices. I was pleasantly surprised by the much faster arrival of my most recent purchase. I am still vexed, though, by the paper labels, which need to be cut off before being able to recycle the plastic bags, and by the enormous amount of plastic tape used to attach the 3 cartons together. But, I do LOVE the inner containers that allow for prolonged storage at room temperatures.
