Our best-selling gluten-free, low-phenylalanine light bread. This bread is not your typical gluten-free white bread. It's a light, soft, and airy bread made with tapioca starch. It is also lower in calories, fat, and carbs than our regular Tapioca Loaf.
Ener-G bread and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15 to 20 seconds.

Our bread is kept fresh through a highly developed vacuum packaging process and guaranteed fresh by the Sell By/Best Before Dates.
Ingredients: Filtered Water, Rice Flour (White & Sweet), Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following: Non-GMO Canola Oil**, Safflower Oil, or Sunflower Oil), Pear Juice Concentrate, Bamboo Fiber, Palm Fruit Oil, Yeast, Modified Cellulose, Guar Gum, Tapioca Syrup, Salt, Citrus Fiber, Baking Powder Substitute (Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate, Glucono Delta-Lactone, Citric Acid).
~Produced in a facility that also processes eggs on a separate dedicated egg line in a separate room. Egg-free products are processed with dedicated egg-free equipment and packaged in a separate room on a DEDICATED EGG-FREE LINE.~
**We use Non-GMO Canola Oil whenever possible. All products we are currently producing ONLY contain Canola Oil. If we must use Safflower or Sunflower Oil(s) due to ingredient availability issues, we will note the change here, on our ingredient list, and place a sticker on the packaging to warn individuals with Safflower or Sunflower allergies.

Amazing!! This brand is literally the only bread my son can eat. He has 16 food allergies, so finding pre-packaged foods is next to impossible. We’ve been buying this bread for years and absolutely love it. We like all of the varieties we’ve tried, but this one is our staple. We use it for sandwiches, toast, french toast, homemade bread crumbs, etc. Ener-G, I BEG of you to never change the ingredients in this!! You have a customer for life.
It is ok , but I prefer the mulit grain its the best for me teast really good and toast nicely
Low calorie, low carb, it’s pretty much the only Gluten free bread I use. Needs to be heated in microwave for 7 sec per slice to make it soft for sandwich’s.Or try it toasted. Makes great french toast just dip and go!
My husband has several food allergies but is able to eat this bread without any problems. Wish the bread was a smitch bigger - sandwiches are really small. I always order 8 loafs at a time and freeze. Getting ready to order another supply.
