Ener-G Focaccia Crust is our gluten-free version of the traditional, classic Italian flatbread. Our focaccia is also free of wheat, casein, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts. In addition to being free of the top food allergens, it is also plain, meaning you get the freedom to top it with your own favorite herbs and seasons without restrictions.

Our bread is kept fresh through a highly developed vacuum packaging process. Freshness is guaranteed to the Sell By/Best Before Dates. Once the vacuum-sealed package is open, our bread will spoil just as other bread without preservatives would. Refrigerate or freeze to extend the life of opened bread.
Ingredients: Filtered Water, Rice Flour (White & Sweet), Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following: Non-GMO Canola Oil**, Safflower Oil, or Sunflower Oil), Pear Juice Concentrate, Bamboo Fiber, Modified Cellulose, Salt, Potato Flour, Citrus Fiber, Yeast, Baking Powder Substitute (Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate, Glucono Delta-Lactone, Citric Acid).

If we must use Safflower or Sunflower Oil(s) due to ingredient availability issues, we will note the change here, on our ingredient list, and place a sticker on the packaging to warn individuals with Safflower or Sunflower allergies.
