Our top-selling gluten-free, low-protein light bread is made with corn. This bread is not your typical Corn Bread. It's light, soft, and moist. It's a great gluten-free and low-protein alternative to white bread. The Corn Loaf makes perfect sandwiches, as it is not sweet nor as dense as regular corn bread.

Remember that Ener-G bread and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15 to 20 seconds, one slice at a time. Another option: wrap in foil and bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes for the most delicious crispy crust and soft, warm center.

Our bread is kept fresh through a highly developed vacuum packaging process. Freshness is guaranteed to the Sell By/Best Before Dates. Once the vacuum-sealed package is open, our bread will spoil just as any other bread without preservatives would. Refrigerate or freeze to extend the life of opened bread.

Ingredients: Filtered Water, Corn Starch, Tapioca Flour, Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following: Non-GMO Canola Oil**, Safflower Oil, or Sunflower Oil), Pear Juice Concentrate, Sweet Rice Flour, Bamboo Fiber, Modified Cellulose, Potato Flour, Yeast, Salt, Citrus Fiber, Glucono Delta-Lactone.

~Produced in a facility that also processes eggs on a separate dedicated egg line in a separate room. Egg-free products are processed with dedicated egg-free equipment and packaged in a separate room on a DEDICATED EGG-FREE LINE.~

**We use Non-GMO Canola Oil whenever possible. All products we are currently producing ONLY contain Canola Oil. If we must use Safflower or Sunflower Oil(s) due to ingredient availability issues, we will note the change here, on our ingredient list, and place a sticker on the packaging to warn individuals with Safflower or Sunflower allergies.

Our bakery is dedicated to wheat-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free baking, guaranteeing that contamination from gluten will not occur. We are also certified kosher under the KOF-K label. KOF-K Kosher certification assures the consumer that ingredients used in the products meet the highest Kosher as well as the strictest cleaning standards.

Best Gluten Free Bread!

I have been buying this bread for years. It is low carb, high fiber and zero allergy triggers. It is the only bread I can eat without any allergic reactions. Grateful that this company makes it!

Review of brown rice bread

The product, now that the mold problem has been solved with the inclusion of moisture absorbing packets in each loaf. The bread seems better but am still waiting for the refund promised me by your customer service rep months ago who said she would credit me with three free loaves as that is how many were received moldy. Emails and texts to her have been unanswered.

Love this bread!

I love this bread! I use it as a change of pace from the light tapioca! It has a great texture and is excellent for a really thick sandwich!
