A top-selling gluten-free bread made with brown rice and white rice flour. Despite the name, the Brown Rice Loaf makes a great white bread alternative. With only 25mg of sodium per slice, this bread is delicious whether or not you are on a low-sodium diet. Perfect warmed up or toasted, it makes great sandwiches. For first-timers and seasoned travelers, Ener-G offers this bread in convenient two-slice packets.
Remember that Ener-G bread and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15 to 20 seconds, one slice at a time. Another great option: wrap in foil and bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes for the most delicious crispy crust and soft, warm center.

Our bread is kept fresh through a highly developed vacuum packaging process. Freshness is guaranteed to the Sell By/Best Before Dates. Once the vacuum-sealed package is open, our bread will spoil just as other bread without preservatives would. Refrigerate or freeze to extend the life of opened bread.
Ingredients: Filtered Water, Brown Rice Flour, Rice Flour (White & Sweet), Tapioca Starch, Pear Juice Concentrate, Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following: Non-GMO Canola Oil**, Safflower Oil, or Sunflower Oil), Yeast, Modified Cellulose, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Citrus Fiber, Baking Powder Substitute (Glucono Delta-Lactone, Calcium Carbonate & Magnesium Carbonate), Enriched with Thiamin (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid and Vitamin D.

I have been eating this bread for years and eat it every day . makes excellent toast and sandwich . It is very low salt which i need and the only bread i can find that tastes good and is almost no salt .
