A top-selling gluten-free bread made with white rice flour. The White Rice Loaf makes a great white bread alternative. Perfect warmed up or toasted, and makes great sandwiches.
Remember that Ener-G bread and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15 to 20 seconds, one slice at a time.
Our bread is kept fresh through a highly developed vacuum packaging process and guaranteed fresh by the Sell By/Best Before Dates.
Ingredients: Filtered Water, Rice Flour, Tapioca Starch, High Oleic Safflower Oil, Pear Juice Concentrate, Yeast, Methylcellulose, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Salt, Orange Citrus Fiber, Calcium Phosphate, Baking Powder (Glucono Delta-Lactone, Calcium Carbonate & Magnesium Carbonate). Enriched with Thiamin (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Niacin, Iron, Folic Acid, and Vitamin D.
*Produced in a facility that also processes eggs on a separate dedicated egg line in a separate room. Egg-free products are processed with dedicated egg-free equipment and packaged in a separate room on a DEDICATED EGG-FREE LINE.*

I have severe food allergies, and this bread is the only one I've found that doesn't cause problems, so I've been using this specific bread for several years. Used to find it at some grocery stores in the Cincinnati area, but it's been more difficult now, so I make bulk purchases several times a year because the packaging makes it shelf-stable.
