These are so good even my wheat eating husband loves them toasted. They are soft enough to eat like a regular roll (best if warmed). My favorite way is split and toasted - they are delicious!I find they last for 2 to 3 weeks in the fridge if I am out of town. I am careful to open the package with DRY freshly washed hands and a clean DRY knife, and I reseal immediately and refrigerate.
These are incredible dinner rolls. My 7-year old is a picky eater and loved these.
These are the best gluten-free rolls I have ever had. I had them at a high-end Disney hotel. I had thought they were created by the chefs there. The rolls seem like a ****** multigrain roll rather than those bland gf rolls that are like cardboard. I will typically skip trying new gf bread because I thought it was all horrid. I can not believe that they are vegan. It is hard finding dairy-free sometimes which is mandatory for all Celiacs.Heat them first.
I recently tried the dinner rolls at Disney World and was really impressed. My husband and kids (who don't have to eat gluten-free) really enjoyed them too. They are shockingly good heated up in the microwave. Didn't like them heated up in my toaster oven at all. Best gluten-free bread I've had in 2 years.....even better than the mixes I make in my bread machine.
My daughter LOVES these. We warm them up in the microwave for her to use as either a dinner roll or a hamburger bun. They actually get soft and don't crumble like most of the allergen free breads. We also cut them in half as use them as bagels for breakfast. It has definitely made life a little easier for us.
