Our top-selling gluten-free, low-protein light bread is made with white rice. This bread is not your typical gluten-free white bread. It's light, soft, and airy. The Light White Rice Loaf is lower in calories, fat, and carbs than our regular White Rice Loaf.

Remember that Ener-G bread and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15 to 20 seconds, one slice at a time.

Our bread is kept fresh through a highly developed vacuum packaging process and guaranteed fresh by the Sell By/Best Before Dates.

Ingredients: Filtered Water, Rice Flour (White & Sweet), Tapioca Starch, Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following: Non-GMO Canola Oil**, Safflower Oil, or Sunflower Oil), Pear Juice Concentrate, Yeast, Tapioca Syrup, Methylcellulose, Citrus Fiber, Salt, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Calcium Phosphate, Baking Powder Substitute (Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate, Glucono Delta-Lactone, Citric Acid). 

~Produced in a facility that also processes eggs on a separate dedicated egg line in a separate room. Egg-free products are processed with dedicated egg-free equipment and packaged in a separate room on a DEDICATED EGG-FREE LINE.~

**We use Non-GMO Canola Oil whenever possible. All products we are currently producing ONLY contain Canola Oil. If we must use Safflower or Sunflower Oil(s) due to ingredient availability issues, we will note the change here, on our ingredient list, and place a sticker on the packaging to warn individuals with Safflower or Sunflower allergies.

Great Bread

This last shipment seemed to better than the earlier ones. Bread was super fresh, the slices seemed larger and the taste was great. Very happy with my purchase and will be buying more in the future.

Light White Rice Loaf

This bread was used making Thanksgiving dressing so that the person with Celiac's could enjoy dressing with his meal. I think this dressing was the best I ever made.

Great for toast and grilled cheese

I love this bread for toast. It’s somewhat dry and stiff, so it makes a delicious crispy toast that toasts quickly, and it browns nicely. The slices are fairly small so that limits the carbs, another bonus. I’ve also used it for grilled cheese and it’s great for that too - grills up crispy. Neutral flavor, so if you had to serve it to non-GF people, they wouldn’t notice as far as the flavor is concerned.
