Ener-G Egg-Free Raisin Loaf

A top-selling gluten-free bread made with white rice, tapioca flour, and raisins. The Egg-Free Raisin Loaf is a great alternative to typical raisin bread as it is both gluten-free and egg-free. An excellent breakfast bread when warmed up or toasted.

Remember that Ener-G bread and buns can be softened by microwaving them for approximately 15 to 20 seconds, one slice at a time. Another option: wrap in foil and bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes for the most delicious, warm bread with a crispy crust.

Our bread is kept fresh through a highly developed vacuum packaging process. Freshness is guaranteed to the Sell By/Best Before Dates. Once the vacuum-sealed package is open, our bread will spoil just as other bread without preservatives would. Refrigerate or freeze to extend the life of opened bread.

Ingredients: Filtered Water, Rice Flour (White & Sweet), Raisins, Tapioca Starch,  Vegetable Oil (Contains one or more of the following: Non-GMO Canola Oil**, Safflower Oil, or Sunflower Oil), Brown Rice Flour, Yeast, Pear Juice Concentrate, Methylcellulose, Salt, Baking Powder Substitute (Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Carbonate, Glucono Delta-Lactone, Citric Acid), Cellulose Gum.

~Produced in a facility that also processes eggs on a separate dedicated egg line in a separate room. Egg-free products are processed with dedicated egg-free equipment and packaged in a separate room on a DEDICATED EGG-FREE LINE.~

**We use Non-GMO Canola Oil whenever possible. All products we are currently producing ONLY contain Canola Oil. If we must use Safflower or Sunflower Oil(s) due to ingredient availability issues, we will note the change here, on our ingredient list, and place a sticker on the packaging to warn individuals with Safflower or Sunflower allergies.
