Fry Coating for Chicken
|1||lb||Boneless Chicken (Cut in Strips or Cubed marinated in your favorite Gluten Free Marinade)|
|2||ea||eggs (Well Wisked)|
|1||pkg||Ener-G Gourmet Crackers (Crushed)|
|ea||oil (For Frying)|
Marinade chicken overnight. Place Marinated Chicken pieces into the well blended Egg. Place Crushed Ener-G Gourmet Crackers on a plate. Take out a piece of chicken at a time and let most of the egg drain off. Place on plate with crushed crackers and cover both sides of meat. Press to help keep the crumbs on Chicken.
Use enough oil in your pan to cover the chicken pieces.
Fry until Golden Brown. Drain well on paper towels. Eat plain or dip in your favorite sauce.
We used a Yogurt Marinade recipe when we tried it. YUM!
This breading could be used on small pieces of boneless Beef or Pork as well.
