Apple Raspberry Bread Pudding
Ingredients

2 c. Ener-G Traditional Stuffing

1 Tbsp. Plant Based Butter

1/4 c. Cane Sugar

1 Green Apple - Peeled and Cubed

1c. Fresh Raspberries

1/2 tsp. Vanilla

1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

1 tsp. Lemon Juice

1/2 c. Plant Based Milk
Directions
Melt butter over medium heat
Add apple cubes, raspberries, vanilla, cinnamon, and lemon juice, and cook until the fruit is softened (about 5-10 minutes)
Add milk and Ener-G Traditional Stuffing, and cook until the milk is absorbed and the bread is softened
Top with a few fresh raspberries and serve
