I'm a first time customer, how do I order? |

Ordering is simple. You can register, but if you just place a first order your new account
will automatically be created for you. An email will be sent with your temporary password. At any time you can change your password by
logging in and going to Manage Account.

How do I Log-In? |

If you have ordered before on ener-g.com, then you already have an account set up. Under My Account,
located to the left of every page, just type in your username (your email address) and your password. If you don't know your password, see frequently asked
question below "What's my Password?" to obain it.

What’s my Password? Do I need one? |
| |
Your password can be obtained by requesting it be emailed to you by clicking Forgot Your Password? link located on every page under the sign-up panel. With a log-in account customers are able to save multiple
Ship-To addresses, upload past orders, review complete history of online orders, manage Auto-Shipments, and best of all, use the same email address for every order. Customers who log-in
breeze through the ordering process since they don't have to re-enter their information over and over again, everything but the credit card is saved.

Can I change my Password? How can I do that? |

After logging-on with your current password, go to "Manage Account" located on the left hand side of the screen. A list of options will appear, click the
first option "Manage Account." This contains you saved contact information and recipient addresses. Go to "Review/Edit Account." You will see the latest
contact information saved, click "Edit My Account" then "edit password." Type in you new password twice in the coresponding box, then hit "Save Changes."
You can do this at anytime while logged in. YOu can also change your email address (username) here as well. You cannot, however, change information on
completed orders. Read our How to Change or Cancel my Order section for more information.

The “forgot your password” email sent does not contain my password, its blank, why? |

When you get an email that contains your username and nothing for your password, for example:
Thank you for choosing Ener-g Foods!
User Name: johndoe@email.com
Password:
What this means literally is your password is 'nothing' you have no password under the username. This occasionally happens to older accounts. To fix, you
log-in with just a username and no password, and hit "GO!" This should log you in successfully. Then use the information from "Can I change
my Password?" to reset your password to whatever you want it to be.

How do you handle International Orders? Do you have a Distributor closer to me? |

International Orders are shipped out typically with FedEx International. This is the best option considering we can track the orders, thus ensure delivery.
If you need the order shipped another method, you will need to order direct by either calling 1-800-331-5222, email, fax 1-206-764-3398, or by mail: Ener-G Foods, Inc., PO Box 84487, Seattle, WA 98124.
You can order direct, or contact one of our distributors worldwide, browse our International Distributors list to find a distributor near you. Canadian Customers
see our Canadian Distributors list. Any additional charges for customs
clearance, taxes, brokerage, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order through ener-g.com you are fully aware and in agreement of Ener-G Foods' Shipping Policy.
