Ener-G Egg Replacer Variety Treats
| 1⁄3 | cup | margarine |
| 1 | cup | brown sugar (unpacked spooned into cup) |

| 7 | oz | all-purpose flour |
| 4 | tsp | Mixed spices |
| 1 | tbsp | mixed citrus peels |

| 4 | tbsp | milk |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream margarine and sugar together. Mix the Ener-G Egg Replacer and the rest of the dry ingredients. Mix in milk for 3 minutes at medium-high speed. Roll dough out to 1/2 inch (1cm) thickness on bench, which has been dusted with flour. Cut into 2-inch (5cm) cylinders. Place on greased trays and prick with fork. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool on trays before removing.
