Ener-G Egg Replacer Pancakes Version 2
| 2 | tsp | Ener-G Egg Replacer |

| 1 1⁄4 | cup | all-purpose flour |
| 2 | tsp | baking powder |
| 3⁄4 | tsp | salt |
| 1 | tsp | sugar |
| 1 1⁄4 | cup | milk |
| 3 | tbsp | oil |
In small bowl beat Ener-G Egg Replacer with water until it peaks. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together. Stir in milk and oil. Fold in Egg Replacer. Bake as usual. For thinner pancakes increase milk as desired.
