Ener-G Egg Replacer Waffles
| 2 1⁄2 | cup | all-purpose flour |
| 1 | tbsp | Ener-G Baking Powder |
| 1 | tsp | salt |
| 2 | cup | milk |
| 1 | cup | oil |
| 4 | tsp | Ener-G Egg Replacer |
| 8 | tbsp | water |
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Stir milk and oil into flour mixture. In separate bowl beat Ener-G Egg Replacerwith water until foamy (about 30 seconds). Fold the flour mixture into Egg Replacer. Bake in medium-hot waffle iron.
