Ener-G Egg Replacer Fruit Biscuits
|1⁄2||cup||brown sugar (not packed)|
|1 2⁄5||cup||all-purpose flour|
|1||tsp||Ener-G Egg Replacer (mixed with 1 tbsp water)|
|2||tbsp||Mixed Citrus Peel|
|1⁄3||cup||Raisins or Curants|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (180 degrees C. or gas mark 4). Cream margarine and sugar together until fluffy. Mix flour and baking powder together. Beat in Ener-G Egg Replacer and work in flour and spice. Add fruit and milk. Work to a stiff dough. Roll-out to 1/2 inch (1.3cm) and cut into 2-inch (5cm) cylinders with cutter. Place on greased trays and prick with fork. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and remove from trays.
