Ener-G Egg Replacer Fruit Biscuits
| 2⁄3 | stick | margarine |
| 1⁄2 | cup | brown sugar (not packed) |
| 1 2⁄5 | cup | all-purpose flour |
| 1 | tsp | baking powder |
| 1 | tsp | Ener-G Egg Replacer (mixed with 1 tbsp water) |
| 1 | tsp | Mixed spices |
| 2 | tbsp | Mixed Citrus Peel |
| 1⁄3 | cup | Raisins or Curants |
| 1 | tbsp | milk |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (180 degrees C. or gas mark 4). Cream margarine and sugar together until fluffy. Mix flour and baking powder together. Beat in Ener-G Egg Replacer and work in flour and spice. Add fruit and milk. Work to a stiff dough. Roll-out to 1/2 inch (1.3cm) and cut into 2-inch (5cm) cylinders with cutter. Place on greased trays and prick with fork. Bake for 30 minutes. Cool and remove from trays.
