Ener-G Egg Replacer Rice Mix White Cake
| 4 | tsp | Ener-G Egg Replacer |
| 8 | tbsp | water |
| 1 1⁄4 | cup | sugar |
| 1⁄3 | cup | oil |
| 1 | tsp | milk |
| 1 | tsp | gluten-free vanilla |
| 2 1⁄2 | cup | Ener-G Rice Mix |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat Ener-G Egg Replacer and water together until fluffy. In separate bowl mix together sugar, oil, milk and vanilla. Beat in Ener-G Rice Mix until smooth. Fold in Egg Replacer until well blended (do not stir or beat). Pour into two, buttered, 8-inch diameter cake pans. Bake for 35 minutes or until done.
