Ener-G Rice Bran Gingersnaps
| 1⁄2 | cup | sugar |
| 1⁄3 | cup | margarine (Softened) |
| 2 | tbsp | Molasses |
| 1 | ea | Egg White (Slightly beaten) |
| 3⁄4 | cup | all-purpose flour |
| 1⁄4 | cup | Ener-G Rice Bran |
| 1 | tsp | baking soda |
| 1⁄4 | tsp | Each of salt,cinnamon and ginger |
| 1⁄8 | tsp | Cloves |
Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Blend well. Stir remaining Ener-G Rice Bran and other ingredients together in small bowl. Stir dry ingredients into sugar mixture. Chill dough 3 to 4 hours. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll balls in sugar. Place 2 inches apart on baking sheets sprayed with gluten-free vegetable oil cooking spray. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are set. Cool for 1 to 2 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
