Ener-G Egg Replacer Rice Flour Quick Bread
| 8 | tsp | Ener-G Egg Replacer |
| 2 | tsp | baking powder |
| 2 | tsp | baking soda |
| 4 | tbsp | granulated sugar |
| 4 | cup | Ener-G White Rice Flour |
| 2 | cup | milk |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a mixing bowl, whip together Ener-G Egg Replacer, baking powder, baking soda, granulated sugar, and Ener-G White Rice Flour. Pour in the milk, mix well. Bake in greased 8"x 4" x 2" pan for 45 minutes until brown. Tap out of pan onto a wire rack to cool.
