Ener-G Brown Rice Flour Quick Bake Beans
| 1⁄4 | cup | Ener-G Brown Rice Flour |
| 1⁄3 | cup | brown sugar |
| 1⁄8 | cup | Prepared Mustard |
| 3 | tbsp | gluten-free catsup |
| 3⁄4 | cup | milk |
| 1 | ea | Onion (diced) |
| 1 | can | Pork and Beans (14oz) |
| 3 | ea | precooked Wieners |
| ea | milk cheddar cheese (optional) |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a 2-quart baking dish mix Ener-G Brown Rice Flour, Brown Sugar, Mustard and Catsup. Add milk and blend well. Dice onion and add to mixture. Add contents of Pork and Beans. If wieners have not already been boiled, boil them in a separate pan of water a few minutes to boil out excess fat. Rinse and cut into small pieces and add to mixture. Thoroughly mix all ingredients not mashing beans). Stir gently every 15 minutes to prevent sticking. As an option sprinkle thinly sliced or grated cheese over the top of individual servings. Serves 5.
