Ener-G Potato Flour White Cake

| 3⁄4 | cup | milk |
| 2 | tbsp | water |
| 1⁄4 | cup | Melted Shortening |
| 1 | cup | Ener-G White Rice Flour |
| 1⁄4 | cup | Ener-G Pure Potato Flour |
| 2 | tsp | baking powder |
| 1⁄2 | tsp | salt (optiona) |
| 1 | tsp | baking soda |
| 1 | cup | granulated sugar |
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Whip eggs until peaks form. Add milk, water and melted shortening. Mix in Ener-G White Rice Flour, Ener-G Potato Flour and all other dry ingredients. Bake in greased 8inch by 8inch by 1-3/4inch pan for about 30 minutes.
This recipe will not work with Ener-G Egg Replacer.
