Ener-G Potato Mix Brownies with Honey
Ingredients
| 2 | ea | eggs (separated) |
| 1⁄2 | cup | Honey |
| 3⁄4 | cup | margarine |
| 1⁄2 | cup | plain yogurt |
| 1⁄4 | cup | unsweetened dutch cocoa |
| 1⁄2 | tsp | baking soda |
| 1⁄2 | oz | baking powder |
| 1 | pkg | plain gelatin |
| 1 | cup | Ener-G Potato Mix |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Separate the eggs. Beat egg whites to form peaks and reserve. Cream other ingredients together (except Potato Mix). Mix in Potato Mix. Fold in egg whites. Pour into 11inch by 7inch by 2inch greased baking pan. Smooth. Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
