Ener-G Potato Starch Brownies
|1||can||chocolate syrup (16oz)|
|1⁄2||cup||Ener-G White Rice Flour|
|1⁄2||cup||Ener-G Potato Starch Flour|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream margarine and sugar together. Set aside. Whip eggs to peaks. Add chocolate syrup and creamed mixture to eggs. Add Ener-G White Rice Flour and Ener-G Potato Starch Flour to eggs while slowly mixing. Scrape down sides of bowl and continue mixing. Pour into a 10inch by 7inch by 1-3/4inch greased pan. Bake for about 45 minutes or until firm to touch on top.
This recipe does not work with Ener-G Egg Replacer.
