Ener-G Pure Rice Flour Seafood Almondine
|1 1⁄2||cup||Vegetable Oil|
|6||lb||white fish fillet firm fleshed (cut into 4oz portions)|
|oz||Ener-G White Rice Flour|
|1 1⁄2||cup||Lemon Juice|
|1 1⁄2||cup||white wine|
|1 1⁄2||cup||sliced almonds toasted|
Heat oil in sauté pan (1 tablespoon per each 4 ounce portion of fish). Lightly coat fish pieces in Ener-G White Rice Flour. Gently sauté fish, occasionally turning until golden brown. Remove. Pour away excess oil from pan. Return to heat and deglaze with lemon juice and white wine (1 tablespoon each per portion). Whisk in butter and parsley, using 1 tablespoon each per portion. Stir in toasted almonds (1 tablespoon each per portion). Spoon sauce over prepared fillet. Serve.
