Ener-G Potato Mix Chocolate Angel food Cake
Ingredients
| 2 | ea | eggs (separated) |
| 1⁄2 | cup | Honey |
| 3⁄4 | cup | margarine |
| 1⁄2 | cup | plain yogurt |
| 1⁄4 | cup | unsweetened dutch cocoa |
| 1 | tsp | baking soda |
| 1 | tsp | baking powder |
| 1 | pkg | plain gelatin |
| 1 | cup | Ener-G Potato Mix |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites to form peaks and reserve. Cream other ingredients together (except the Potato Mix). Mix in Potato Mix. Fold in egg whites. Pour into 8 inch diameter greased Angel food Cake Pan. Smooth. Bake for 40 minutes or until done.

This recipe does not work with Ener-G Egg Replacer.
