Ener-G Corn Mix Sweet and Sour Pork
| 3⁄4 | lb | lean bonneles pork (trime off all excess fat) |
| 1 | ea | egg (beaten) |
| 1⁄4 | cup | Ener-G Corn Mix |
| 1⁄4 | cup | Ener-G Potato Mix |
| 1⁄4 | cup | Chicken Stock |
| 1 1⁄2 | cup | oil |
Trim and cut pork. Beat egg and mix it with Corn Mix, Potato Mix and chicken stock. Pour oil in a large frying pan or wok and heat it to 375 degrees F. Roll pork cubes in the mixture you have just made. This mixture will be wet and sticky and it will take considerable patience to thoroughly coat each piece of pork into the hot oil. The pork pieces will turn a dark yellow after 10 to 15 minutes. Remove them with a slotted spoon and place them in a large
baking dish. (Which has a lid) Place the pork in 250 degree F. oven to keep warm. Serve with sweet and sour pork sauce
