Shipping Policy

All shipping costs for individual items are displayed in our shipping calendar (on the shopping cart page) and recalculated for multiple-item shipments on the Order Confirmation page (before payment).

Shipping for retail orders to any of the 48 contiguous U.S. states:

You may specify an arrival date for each product in your shopping cart separately or together as one shipment to one location. All rates for individual products are at our actual shipping costs or less.

Depending on the arrival dates chosen for each product, charges may apply for Overnight Air, 2nd Day Air, Express Saver Air, or Saturday Delivery. These charges (at our actual cost), and shipment types, are shown in the shipment calendar, and then recalculated, for combined-item shipments, on the Order Confirmation page (before payment)

For retail ground-shipping orders, we have special, flat-rate ground shipping costs as follows:

Ground orders take 2 internal business days to process before leaving our warehouse and then arrival dates will vary depending on shipment location.

These rates DO NOT apply to shipments to:
Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam or other U.S. possessions, or APO or AE addresses. These are shipped via U.S. Mail (required for delivery to P.O. boxes and military addresses) at our actual USPS cost. Certain bulk items, wholesale orders, and international shipments are also calculated under different rates. See below for more information.

Shipping for Bulk Items:

Flat rates also do not apply to bulk items 10 pounds (and over not including individual 5lb items). Freight charges are based on our actual shipping costs.

International Shipping:

Shipments to destinations outside the U.S. are shipped via FedEx International Economy and charged at our actual cost. Orders shipped to Canada and Puerto Rico are shipped via FedEx International Ground and are charged at actual costs.

Shipping rates are based on weight and destination. Proceed with your order as normal and a customer service representative will contact you within 48 hours with the actual shipping rate plus any additional import fees (where applicable). Any charges for customs clearance, taxes, brokerage, or duties are the responsibility of the customer. Due to ongoing fluctuations we are unable to provide these charges online. By completing an order with Ener-G Foods you are accepting full responsibility for additional customs duty, taxes and brokerage fees required by your country.

Other Carriers:

You may request to have your order shipped with a different carrier other than FedEx. UPS and USPS mail are charged at actual costs (calculated by weight and distance). State alternative carrier request within the shipping comments section of the order confirmation page. Arrival dates estimated on your order may not apply when using alternative carriers.

Shipping for wholesale orders to any of the 48 contiguous U.S. states:

Ener-G Foods offers free shipping on orders 15 cases or more sent to one shipping location. Any orders below 15 cases will be charged at FedEx Ground actual cost (based on shipments from Seattle, WA). Please expect your order to arrive in 7 to 10 business days.

Prepaid rates DO NOT apply to shipments to:
  • Bulk 10lb, 20lb, 50lb, and 55lb items
  • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam or other U.S. possessions, or APO or AE addresses. These are shipped via U.S. Mail (required for delivery to P.O. boxes) at our actual USPS cost.
  • Shipments to destinations outside the U.S. are shipped via FedEx International Economy and charged at our actual cost. Orders shipped to Canada and Puerto Rico are shipped via FedEx International Ground and are charged at actual costs. Any charges for customs clearance, taxes, brokerage, or duties are the responsibility of the customer (where applicable).


    • FedEx Home Delivery Premium Services

    The following “Premium Services” are available if a customer requested for such service(s) but the additional cost(s) as listed below will be the responsibility of the customer.

    FedEx® Delivery Signature Options Express Package (U.S.). and Ground. The charge for Indirect Signature Required is $1.50. The charge for Direct Signature Required is $2.50. The charge for Adult Signature Required is $3.50. Indirect Signature Required is available to residential addresses only.
