Enter Ordering Party, your contact information
Down on the very bottom of the shopping cart screen, it ask you to assign an Ordering Party (That's You!), basically we need your contact information, otherwise known as the billing address. Remember back in Step 4: Add Recipient, we pointed out the importance of the Location Name field, see the folliwng image, here's where it comes in handy.
It distinguishes who the order is going to, in this case "Home - Jane Doe," and who is placing the order (or who's paying for it), "Billing - John Doe"
Assign the ordering party and click 
Continue to Step 6: Enter Ordering Party, your contact information
