The food industry is working with Congressman Ric Keller of Orlando on legislation to protect food companies from lawsuits.
They think that 'our choices' lead to illness, not the misleading labeling of food products. Contact your Congressman. Tell him those with the autoimmune disorder celiac disease or with life-threatening food allergies 'DON'T HAVE A CHOICE'. If the food manufacturers hide ingredients, or use confusing terminology, it is not possible for us to make an informed decisions. Our health must come before food company profits.
