Focaccia, or "Foh-kat-cha", is an Italian flatbread brushed with olive oil and topped with various herbs and seasonings. Ener-G Focaccia Crust is our gluten-free take on this classic bread. In addition to being gluten-free, wheat-free, casein-free, diary-free, tree nut-free, peanut-free and kosher-certified, these crusts are also plain, giving you the freedom and creativity to top it with whatever herbs, seasons, and toppings you want.
BASIC FOCACCIA RECIPE: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brush Ener-G Focaccia Crust with olive oil, sprinkle salt/pepper, and top with desired herbs and toppings. Place into oven and bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
FOCACCIA W/ SUNDRIED TOMATOES: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brush Ener-G Focaccia Crust with olive oil, sprinkle with salt/pepper, top with sundried tomatoes, dried rosemary, parmasian cheese, mozaarella cheese, and garlic powder. Place in oven and bake for about 6 minutes or until cheese melts.
