New Formula: Brownies with Flax

The rich, chocolatey, and moist Brownies, the same brownies that you know and love, tastes the same. What's different? The formula. This wonderful gluten-free brownie is now egg-free!! You maybe wondering 'how can it be egg-free, yet still tastes like there are eggs in it?' Great question! Flax. The omega-3 rich seed is not only healthy and high in fiber, but once ground into meal and combined with water, it makes an excellent egg substitute. For those with egg allergies/intolerances or simply avoiding eggs, this brownie makes a great alternative to traditional desserts made with eggs. Can be eaten as is, topped with ice cream, or layer it with frosting to make a delicious gluten-free, egg-free chocolate cake.
As always, Ener-G Brownies are still gluten-free, wheat-free, casein-free, dairy-free, peanut-free, tree nut-free... and now egg-free.
