UPDATED COOKING DIRECTIONS: Bring 4 quarts of water to a rapid boil, add 1 tablespoon of salt, if desired. Add a 10.5oz bag of Ener-G Vermicelli and boil, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 4 to 6 minutes or until tender, but still firm. Drain and rinse with warm water.
