How can I Check on My Order?
By logging into your account online you can check the status of your order. You can also contact us direct by calling toll-free 1-800-331-5222 or emailing us at email@example.com. For faster service, please have your order number or customer number available.
What if I need to Change/Cancel an Order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to change/cancel an order. All ground orders ship within 48 business days, however, expedited orders generally ship same day or next day. It's best to call us when making any changes/cancellations at 1-800-331-5222. You may also email firstname.lastname@example.org, we do our best to answer all emails in the order received, however, if you don't receive a response within 1 business day, please consider call us for immediate assistance.
What are Discount Codes? How do I get them?
Please check our Specials section periodically to see the latest promotions being offered. Occasionally we offer promotional codes, if so, our Specials section will have details on how to redeem them.
Also, subscribe to our Newsletter, to keep as up-to-date as possible on anything and everything Ener-G related. This includes special sales and promotions.
How do I track my Online Order?
If ordering via FedEx, www.fedex.com will send you an email directly with your tracking information. If you did not receive a tracking number from FedEx or if you are using USPS, please email us at email@example.com, we will be happy to track the package for you.

Is there a way to Set-Up Reoccurring Shipments?
Unfortunately Ener-G.com no longer processes auto-shipments. Sorry for any inconvenience. If you would like to set up reoccurring shipments, please consider using www.amazon.com or www.vitacost.com. They have excellent auto-ship programs available to customers.
What Methods of Payment do you Accept?
Online, we accept the major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Checks, however, it is your responsibility to mail us your checks in a timely manner. Your order will be placed on hold until the payment is received.
