What is your wholesale return policy? |

Ener-G
Foods will allow returns of damaged, defective or spoiled products for
a total credit or replacement as long as the product is still within
its "best if used by" dating. We will allow product returns of other
non-damaged or non-spoiled product provided it is within its "best if
used by" dating and has been purchased less than 6 months previously
and then only with prior authorization from an Ener-G Foods
representative. In the case of a non-damaged or non-spoiled product
returns, the customer will pay the return shipping charges and a 15%
re-stocking fee. |

How can I sign up to be part of your retailer database? |

Customers
are able to use this function to find local stores that carry the
Ener-G products. If you stock Ener-G products you can have your store
listed by providing your store name, physical location, phone number,
products that you carry, and a website address if applicable. Send this

Is there a shipping charge for Wholesale orders? |
| |
Most
wholesale orders are shipped within 5 business days from our facility.
Actual shipping charges apply for all wholesale orders-shipping charges
are based on the weight of the entire order, how far it has to be
shipped based on zip code, and carrier used, costs will vary. For
orders of 15 cases or more shipping fees will be waived within the
continental United States. |

What are the Guidelines for setting up an account-net 30? |

Net
30 guidelines: To set up a Net 30 payment schedule you must fill out a
credit application that could take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to process,
in the mean time payment by credit card is acceptable. To download a

What is the EDLP Program? |

Our Everyday Low Price Program is available ONLY to wholesale accounts that order directly with us. For any wholesale account that orders at least 30 cases
at a time we will give an additional 10% discount, in addition to free shipping that is available at 15 cases. For wholesale accounts that want to order 50
cases at a time we will give an additional 15% in addition to the free shipping. For wholesale accounts that order more than 50 cases at a time, we will
evaluate those discounts on a case by case basis. |
